House by the Sea Cadzand

 This beautiful holiday villa is located directly behind the dunes in a small residential area. The very spacious villa is fully equipped with all that you need to enjoy a relaxing vacation and has a large south facing garden. At the rear, the house has a veranda where you can sit sheltered on a lounge couch and relax in different weather conditions. The residential area Duinhof-Oost is at the centre of Cadzand-Bad with nice beach bars, restaurants and shops nearby.

The interior was designed by design studio Linq23 and has a cozy and unique style with lots of attention to detail . Furthermore, the house has all the modern conveniences that you would expect from a holiday location like this. The living room has a spacious seating around the gas fireplace and television. The open kitchen is equipped with an induction cooker, fridge with combined freezer, dishwasher, large oven and a Nespresso coffee machine. In the kitchen  there is a large dining table that for 8 people. In total the house has 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a spacious playroom on the attic and a large lockable storage area for bikes. The backyard features a large dining table for 8 people and lounge sofa. The house is equipped with free WIFI. 

The bedrooms are equipped with very comfortable Swiss Sense box springs and plenty of closet and storage space. Three bedrooms have a box spring in the size 160x200 cm (with a four seasons twin duvet), one bedroom has two single box springs in the size of 90x200 cm (with 1 double four seasons duvet). There are also two loose one person duvets.
