Because the high level finish and luxury equipment of this home there is a deposit of € 350, -.

The costs of the mandatory cleaning is € 85, - and must be paid cash upon arrival.

The 2024 local tourist tax is € 1.95 per person per night.

Kitchen linen is standard. Bed linen and towels cost € 11, - per person.

Pets and smoking are not allowed. It is not permitted to spend the night in the house with more people than stated in the rental contract.
