The costs of the mandatory cleaning is € 95, - and must be paid cash upon arrival.

Kitchen linen is standard. Bed linen and towels cost € 11, - per person.

Pets and smoking are not allowed. It is not permitted to spend the night in the house with more people than stated in the rental contract.
